Collier County organizes a yearly Christmas boat tour that runs along the Gordon River and along Tin City. The boat is laden with Christmas lights and decorations all over to get you in the Yuletide feel.  While on Fifth Avenue South the trees are wrapped in colorful decorations and lights and the highlight of which is the ceremonial lighting of the Christmas tree on the avenue; this together with the Christmas concerts that sing and play the most well-loved holiday tunes are sure to keep the shoppers, the diners and strollers in that magical holiday mood. There is also an establishment from major hotel chain that features a life-sized gingerbread man and a gingerbread house that is sure to make all the kids thrilled. And oh, did we mention they have a Santa as well?
